Food is Fuel

Why the Right Nutrition Changes Everything Would you put diesel in a petrol car/ van/ truck? Probably not. So why do so many of us expect our bodies to perform on the wrong fuel? Your Body Is Your Vehicle for Life Imagine waking up every day and trying to drive your car on low-quality fuel or worse, with an empty tank. Welcome, Do you want to be in the best shape of your life?

Welcome to my blog on all things nutrition! This blog has been something I was hoping to get up and running last year but as you know life got busy. My aim is to write one blog per month this year of 2026. If you are reading this, here is a little bit about me: Coach Sarah here, hello and welcome. I am from Killorglin, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Based online. I have worked in lots of different areas in healthcare for over 10 years now. I studied nutrition to help myself during lockdown times as I wanted to understand my nutrition better for balance and around fuelling me better around sports. I enjoy helping others in general and helping people have a better understanding of what is a balanced relationship with their nutritional needs. I help guide you towards your goals, whether your goal is around Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery. This is to fuel and nourish your body better.
